Snap Send Solve is Australia's most used mobile incident reporting app - sending thousands of reports to local authorities each month.
You can register your council or authority body to make changes to the information that users see and manage the reports that you receive.
Councils can register for Snap Send Solve for free to update basic contact details.
For a small monthly fee councils can add further information to the app including councillor details, custom incident types and access reports online.
The Snap Send Solve platform has been further developed so that the app can now also be utilised by other local authorities such as utility companies, universities and parks authorities, to name a few.
